The location was spot on and the breakfast was excellent the girl staff where great but the manager needs to crack a smile his girls make u welcome not him.
The parking was a joke it says parking at another location for a charge of 6 pound a day that was no problem for security. But there was no parking facillity and the man at the parking location was very rude on the phone .so the fairways tried to send us to other places which was a wild goose chase in the end we found our own parking and was not happy at all as it was just public parking and we had to hope for the best.so they need to stop advertising secure parking as its false advertising .

The evening karaoke in the bar created a fun, engaging atmosphere. We appreciated the staff's flexibility when we asked for a late check-in, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free.

Excellent position within walking distance of all the shops and central Blackpool. Lovely comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the dining room. Excellent value and a really good breakfast served in nice surroundings. Could'nt have asked for more. Helped us with luggage and giving directions to the secure parking.

Excellent Stay with Really good Service
The location was ideal, just a short stroll to the beach and local attractions. Our room was comfortable, clean, and fitted with everything we needed. The staff were attentive, really going the extra mile to. It would be nice if they improved the breakfast options a little, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
